'SoftGarden began with a modest aspiration: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Paris. Initiated by the Lambert family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-owned enterprise, holding onto recipes passed from earlier generations.
Sophie Lambert, our founder, honed her pizza-crafting skills during her Italian sojourns, learning from esteemed pizza masters in Naples—the original home of pizza. Returning to the UK, her resolve was to encapsulate the essence of Italian pizza, adhering to age-old practices and selecting only top-quality ingredients.
Our little 12-seat eatery has expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We persist in utilizing traditional wood-burning oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch every morning, and procuring premium ingredients.
Presently, 'SoftGarden' is still in the hands of the Lambert family, with a new generation at the helm, steering our enthusiastic crew. Although we've integrated modern techniques, the soul of our enterprise is unchanging: crafting exquisite, genuine pizza that fosters community.
